I am writing on behalf of all the staff at Woodridge who has been working with everyone from Empire. After calling Gerry for an initial quote for 30+ new sets of machines for our complex, I got a good and honest feeling about him as a business owner. He was extremely knowledgeable on all machines I was looking at as well as the product line he recommended for our use. He communicated with me and even matched a competitor’s price to get the business but what truly sold me was his service agreement. Gerry and his team gave our staff tutorials on how to use the machines and their intricate settings. The machines arrived exactly when Gerry said they would and the installation went exactly to plan. Gerry had a meeting with me the week before so we could get notices out to tenants for the exact day we would be installing the new laundry equipment and everything went in without any issues. The entire installation team was polite, courteous and neat. After installation, we had a couple manufacture defect issues, nothing Empire could have predicted, and they were out the same day I called to repair and get us back in service. The level of service and professionalism is and was a delight. We will be long term customers of Empire Laundry and I would recommend them to anyone in need of laundry equipment or service needs in Upstate New York. I am the Director of Building Services at MCC and work with Eric. Eric was your direct contact here for the recent install of our two washers and two dryers. Eric reports a very helpful, informative and educational experience with your sales representative – Lenny Pilato. A big thank you to Lenny for his patience. I was fortunate enough to be here when your install crew came – I failed to remember their names, but they were great. The lead man was very helpful, did a hook-up for the dryer from 3 prong to 4 prong, recommended a “Y” on the water hookup rather than us running a seperate line, and taught us the use and capability of the machines, and overall took pride in his setup and workmanship. We have used Empire Laundry Machinery for a number of years and have been very pleased with the service response time and the quality of repair services. Empire recently completed the installation of a new Ozone System that has improved infection control procedures while lowering costs for hot water and chemicals.
